Returns & Exchanges
- I do not accept returns. However, I do accept exchanges as long as the item has not be worn, is in good condition and was return with tracking within 48 hours of reception. The shipping return fees are at the customers expense.
Delivery
- The time I need to dispatch orders varies. In general, items will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days but I cannot guaranty it.
Customs & Import Taxes
- Customs and Import taxes are not covered. Buyers are responsible for any fees related to customs.
- Delays may happen at the borders and customs. We have no control over this and are not responsible if it slows down the shipping of your order.
Care Instructions
- Wearable art is precious for both the expression and the medium it is carried on. Our textiles are high quality and so are the plants we use to dye them. Although all dyes, even synthetic dyes, will fade with washing and sun exposure over time, I have developed a mordanting process that goes above common practices to make the botanical dyes used last a long long time. Below, are a few easy care tips that will enhance even more the longevity of the colours and will let your piece stay beautiful for years.
- Machine wash cold on delicate with genlte or he soap
- Do not put in dryer!
- Hang to dry out of direct sunlight
- Iron on appropriate setting with lots of steam, ironing will give the botanical prints that crisp sharp look!
